Board & Training
($1,500 per month)
We are a bespoke training barn dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized care. All horses must be in full board and training to ensure consistency in management, training, and overall wellbeing of the horses. Our facility is brand new and state-of-the-art. Full training $1,500 per month.

Our program includes:
Services

Stall cleaning, feeding, turnout, training for horse and rider, and use of all facilities.

Three contacts per week (training rides or lessons).

Organized farrier and vet services.

Farrier on site once a week.

Laundry services as requested.
Facility

30 stall heated barn with individual 12 x 12 matted stalls.

80 x 200 Heated indoor arena with GGT footing.

120 x 200 Outdoor arena with GGT footing.

Indoor wash bay with hot water plus outdoor wash bays.

Outside runs with shelter.

Turnout options from individual turnouts to group turnout and irrigated pastures. We provide long turnout periods for extensive downtime.

Large, heated tack room and office.
Feed
-
Each horse is given an individual feeding plan according to their needs.

Top quality alfalfa hay fed three times a day as well as grain/supplements as needed. (Supplements must be owner supplied.)
Care
-
Bedding and cleaning (twice a day) included.

All aspects of care are diligently organized and carried through by barn staff.
